Continuous mentoring & feedback
Already as an intern, you get feedback regarding your personal performance and objectives at AMC from your mentor in the middle and at the end of your internship. Thereby, your individual strengths as well as potentials for improvement are identified on the basis of a clear evaluation system and specific objectives for further performance development are set.  

Regular employee trainings
We offer regular internal and external trainings, which continuously support your development and knowledge at the best. Special trainings for interns and Junior Project Managers provide a good overview of the operations and procedures at AMC right from the beginning and help to quickly settle in.  

Positive working atmosphere
Anonther important motivating factor is fun at work, which we do not miss out - not only during our varied project work, but also during non-work activities, like weekly football matches or going to the movies, the yearly Christmas party or further social events like the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Frankfurt.
